It amazes me how many things claim to not work in Opera, yet when you set Opera to “Mask as IE” they work perfectly. The last 2 examples are the HTMLArea wysiwyg editor built into a number of other website apps, and the new FNB internet banking website. So how do you do this little trick?

Go to the site giving problems. Right click, Edit site preferences…, Network, “Mask as Internet Explorer”.

This will save the setting for every time you visit that site. Refresh/Reload the site so it picks up the changes and basically enables anything that was disabled.
